FR4 مصنوع من مادة الالياف الزجاجية على شكل نسيج من عدة طبقات مطلي بطبقة ايبوكسي تصل السماكة الى 75مايكرون ويستخدم في صناعة الدوائر المطبوعة.

FR4 is a glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material used as the base substrate in printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Key properties:

1. Flame-retardant, the “FR” stands for “flame resistant.
2. Composed of woven fiberglass cloth with epoxy resin binder.
3. High mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability.
4. Available thickness ranges 1.5 mm.
5. Double sided copper Cladding ,thickness 75 micron.
